Mostly ok - Hourly Prodution Seachem Employee Review

Owned by a few people local to area and not a multi state national corporation. They care about their people. They care about their product.

None off top of my head. It is a production line so can get dirty if you’re on that side.

Small company with very focused vision. Family-type atmosphere, with real dedication by management; not just words on paper.

Sometimes feels cult-like. Small management team, while focused, also can be narrow minded. However, in their defense, they are open to new ideas if presented with them. Business side of company can be too "bottom-line" oriented at times.
