      Pros

      The food is amazing and you get discounts, set schedule which is rare for restaurant jobs, and management is great. The company values sustainability and everyone works together.

      Cons

      tips are pooled but its not even really a con because it helps everyone to work together and makes for a more cooperative environment

      Best managers, great, competent, friendly co-workers

      Cons

      not much, tip pools are a little annoying when you take on bigger sections than others but are mostly good because other servers will help you
