I have a great rapport with my direct supervisor and have similar access to their bosses Great benefits despite smaller size of company I always know where I stand in the company If I ask questions I am given answers

No 401k match, but I've been told it's in the works The pay is a little lower than I can get elsewhere, but I still feel valued based on feedback

Great subject matter expertise for a company that "feels" more like a boutique.

Lack of transparency and consistency with commissions and earnings.
