Positive work environment where all staff are working to the same goal of providing quality services.

There are sometimes lots of changes.

The pay is pretty high looking at other BI salaries in the area (the average is fairly low) and the school vacations are nice, a lot of paid time off during the holiday season.

In my opinion they tend to value clients over employees. They say yes to things that really aren’t apart of the job description that then falls onto BIs to implement. They don’t pay enough to maintain vehicles they require you to use for client transport . You get very little notice for switches In scheduling. Only 5 sick days for the entire year.
