      Pros

      The people are very capable and the teams are, generally, supportive on projects. There is a genuine feeling of wanting to do the best for clients.

      Cons

      There have been lots of redundancies, feels like an unstable place to work. It's hard to think of a future at the company when you're scared of losing your job. Career growth feels limited. People are overworked, underpaid and undervalued.
