The company need to define where they are heading to, either they want to be a startup and act like it, or becomes a traditional company. you feel lost being part of projects because they come in waves, with lack of guidiness or requirements where you end up over worked. The company should focus more on quality instead of quantity with both employees and solutions. One major con is management, the company lacks true leaders who are technical and have enough managerial understanding. There is no defined environment or diversity, where the company is hiring from one university.
