Worst place to work - Senior Automation Engineer ScrumStart Employee Review

I worked as a project intern with ScrumStart and SRKay for 3 months, working with NoSQL and Java. One of the biggest Pros of working with the company was their open-door policy. All employees at the company were allowed to walk into the office of a senior/supervisor at any time. This allowed me to meet with my supervisor when I ran into any issue. Being an intern, I came in with very little knowledge of Java and NoSQL, however, the company provided me with ample opportunities to learn and grow. Further, I was treated as a full time employee, and shared the same working space and benefits as full time employees. Further, the company often had fun activities, such as Friday Mania, and also celebrated every major event, including Yoga Day, Employee Birthdays and even the Cricket World Cup. The management believe in complete transparency, and this is reflected in their company structure. Further, we also had quarterly townhall meetings, which helped the management discuss the issues regarding the company with the employees, and keep us in the loop with regards to every development, major or minor. To Summarize, I'd highly recommend Scrumstart (and SRKay CG) to anyone considering a position here. I worked with some amazing people during my time here, and they did their best to help me grow in every way possible.

No Cons, I feel this is a very well run company.

I believe it is of utmost importance that you like to come to work every day. You love all parts of office - work, people, seniors, good compensation and even food and ScrumStart truly gives it all to you. It is just this wholesome place where you work on exciting things with full ownership, you have amazing people to discuss things with, there are managers who always have your back and support you whenever there is a roadblock and then despite the fast-paced environment of a startup,we take time out to just relax and chill and have fun be it the Workation with working. You truly like to come to office everyday and that is a privilege not everyone realizes the value of not everyone has Working with the best talent. Following best practices. Work-Life balance.
