Pros
It was a fun place to work, the office vibe was strong. People are generally kind and easy to get along with, when it came to "life" stuff, they truly made you feel cared for. Being able to leave work at work, never having to take phone calls or work when off the clock - work/life balance was superb.
Cons
No true training. Cleaners are usually never paid on time. HR "forgets" to bring up major changes in things such as payroll until the last minute. HR and Management will tell you they're on your side and want to help you, only to forget you ever asked a question or avoid you when it comes time to make a tough call. Office staff are bribed with alcohol and food instead of bonuses or proper pay. Support staff do NOT have enough support of their own. They hire more sales people to close clients when they don't have the bodies to fulfil the appointments. Lies to clients when cleaners cannot make it to appointments about why their appointment is being missed. No refund policy for clients, and their damage liability policy is crap. Favouritism is rampant. Will fire people without just cause on a whim.
