- No consistent pay rise - No easy and approachable conversations with the management - The managers tend to be rude and never really set up face to face meetings - Biased perspective spread in the name of 'truth' - There is a defined hierarchy where many staff members are looked down upon - The employers will take no interest in your growth, nor your mental and physical well being - Editor in chief is very out of touch - Lot of toxicity in terms of politics, in spite of so much remote working. - Mismanagement of internal reviews, nothing is ever officially written or stored - Notice period policy is extremely skewed - Company needs to be audited.
