Failing Leadership from the top to middle management. Those in front of the patients and customers are driven to do more with less. It's all about money and patient care and services are last. Senior management is fearful that all of their past and present missteps are bring about the end of Scripps but continue to blame and attack employees. The HR department is only there for management and employees be damned. They attack the hard working front line staff and protect managers, directors, VP's and CEO who are never held accountable. They are the attack dogs of management and should not be trusted. The best managers have left due to senior management and HR failures to support them and the lies of employees who complain the most and do the least amount of work. If you honestly get a Scripps employee to tell you their real feelings, they will tell you they want to leave and they are unhappy. The Scripps culture is very toxic and if you are not a part of the Senior Management Click you are a target. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
