Pros
Great experience for people who want to go into healthcare. The work itself is engaging, fulfilling and rewarding if you are willing to invest in it.
Cons
-The pay is abysmal, $10/hr is a joke considering a number of the employees have college degrees and are applying to medical schools. The pay should be made competitive. -The management where I work is completely inept. They take almost a week to respond to emails, are very unprofessional when it comes to communication and clearly have very little idea of what they are meant to be doing. I would love to learn how these people are picked. -TRAINING TOOK 4 MONTHS FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. I had to wait ages to start it for no discernible reason other than mismanagement of my paperwork that I submitted in a timely manner. And when I did get to the training, it was just a video stream of someone reading slides from a powerpoint. What a waste.
