      Pros

      Clearly we only do it for the experience because we’re pre-Med, pre-PA, etc. You learn so much and it’s the best learning experience.

      Cons

      The company knows that we are going to do the job for the work experience no matter how little the pay is so they oay us minimum.

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
