Pros
Great learning experience and opportunity (depending on where you're working).
Cons
Awful salary, along with awful hours (hours also varies per chief scribe). Some training was really a big waste of time. Some of the management in charge of training had a complete disregard for the trainees and were way too cocky for their own good. Benefits don't kick in until a year of working with them. The company also has a really long (2 year) non-compete compared to other rival companies (1 year).
