      Pros

      Absolutely none. I have trauma from working here that I have to weekly meet with my therapist about.

      Cons

      - Extremely low pay for the 80+ hours a week and constant on-call you will have to be on. - As a manager for the corporate office, I can say that the leadership doesn’t care about your career as a scribe, doesn’t care about you as a person. They only want to make money and get more business by cutting corners and cutting pay for anyone they can.
