Pros
Excellent training from flown in instructor I felt well prepared for work within an emergency department Co-workers worked well as a team and were a pleasure to interact with Scribing gave me excellent experience and exposure to the day-to-day lives of medical professionals. I ended up becoming friends with many of those medical professionals and personally valued my time working there.
Cons
ScribeAmerica started on a provisional basis at the hospital I was placed at and the hospital didn't have much of a space for us to work in. The quarters were a little tight. However, the placement of the tight quarters ended up being a fun part of the job due to the ability to interact more easily with the hospital staff.
