Pros
The advantages here are the same at pretty much any other scribe company. If you work in an ER you get some great exposure to see medicine in action real-time. The ER physicians play a more important in decision making processes than the actual scribe company
Cons
Low pay, no benefits, you're at the bottom of the totem pole. And doctors can get testy.
