Pros

I spent a lot of time at big tech companies before this, and I just found myself unfulfilled and frustrated. Questions like "is what I'm doing here useful" or "what will my work here mean something in four years" kept popping into my head, and to be honest, for a lot of the teams I worked on I felt like the answers were no. This is the first time in my career I truly feel like my work matters and is directly tied to tangible improvements for the company, and the management team is actively supporting all of us in order to ensure that this is true. For example, I brought up that I don't particularly feel fulfilled just managing eng projects and that I had an interest in owning at least some of the decisions around which projects we pursue, my manager and coworkers were very supportive and allowed for me to shift my role slightly so I'm managing a metric and proposing projects to improve that metric, which lets me personally feel like my decisions and work have way more impact. There's a lot I could say about how great leadership is and how healthy my team is as well, but honestly the biggest thing for me is that I wake up every day excited to get back to work. I'm happy here. In fact, it might be the first place I've worked where I'm REALLY happy.

Cons

After thinking about this for a bit I honestly don't think I have anything to bring up. Things of course go wrong like they would in any company but I always feel like they've been handled quickly and with a lot of compassion. Our eng team is ever-improving as well; Whenever issues arise we do a great job of managing them together, and everyone's voice is heard when they bring something up.

Pros

Scribe is one of those rare companies where the product actually lives up to the hype. The platform solves a real, painful problem for teams, and customers genuinely love it - which makes the work incredibly rewarding. The people are sharp, kind, and collaborative. There’s a strong sense of trust and ownership, and leadership is thoughtful, transparent, and approachable. Ideas are welcomed regardless of level, and there’s real room to make an impact without layers of bureaucracy slowing things down. The culture strikes a great balance between high standards and humanity. People work hard, but burnout isn’t glorified. Flexibility, autonomy, and respect for personal time are very real here. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to do your best work and be a human. If you’re someone who enjoys building, learning, and working alongside genuinely good people on a product that matters, Scribe is a great place to be.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly and change often, but that’s also part of the excitement!

Pros

-Awesome teammates. Get to work with smart, low ego, kind people. Really love my team -Innovative product: we're selling in an exciting, fast-moving AI space -Get to partner across multiple industries, LOB's, and decision makers. It's like being your own workflow consultant and helping our customers solve tricky problems -Get to use AI tools in your work and try new ways of solving things

Cons

-Definitely underpaid, and benefits are lacking. Becoming harder to hit quota. We've grown a lot, and upside isn't there like it was. I constantly get messages from recruiters, and it feels like we're non-competitive compared to other opportunities at similar-sized companies -Lack of training - have a lot of autonomy here, but limited onboarding or structured avenues to grow -Don't always feel my voice is heard by execs or like I can speak up -Very competitive market and feels like we aren't doing enough to get ahead -Lots of turnover. Many of the early employees have left, and shifts in leadership lately
