Decent rate of pay, Friendly staff in majority of stores, some amazing talented managers who sadly have now mostly left the business
Cons
Training was diabolical I was sent to my store without being signed off without the in store teams knowledge. I was signed off on things I didn’t understand. Training was so complicated you got assigned online learning but it didn’t really teach anything. Training is just a box ticking exercise there is not understanding.
