Pros

Great work experience, prestigious clients, professional work environment by and large, good office space.

Cons

WFH policies are not competitive, design output quality is constrained by legacy working methodologies and internal dev team's skill level. Day to day operations are sometimes subject to the knee-jerk whims of upper management. At one point they asked the employees to put up Glassdoor reviews in an effort to increase their rating... that says a lot. But the red flags are rare tbh.

Pros

location is peaceful, easy to commute with a private vehicle. No noise.

Cons

Immature managers. Highly egoistic and manipulative, they threaten you in private and gaslight everyone else to make you think you are not good enough and make you a slave that wouldn't demand fair rewards. They will lay off anyone anytime, not even new managers are safe. 0 work life balance. They openly say that we should rot to get their unproductive tasks done. They will consider you a kaamchor if you leave office without doing 2 hrs OT after working 9 hrs straight. They will never let you grow, no hike, no promotion until you be a loyal slave like reek(Theon Greyjoy) in game of thrones for years. They pay 40% of what you deliver. Imagine interns being paid 15k a month and working their asoff full time with no wfh moving to another city. If you are ambitious, don't dare be in the same country that has a screenroot. You will spend 1000s on sunscreen and will still be tanned. No creative freedom exists, they will tell you " this is new, users aren't used to this, make something typical" when you be creative and the moment you be that, they say " you guys suk! nothing creative from you". You will get depression, nightmares, obesity, baldness/hairfall. In short, if you are offered anything here, just stay home unemployed instead, a Swiggy rider job is happier than this.
