It was great to work with them. I really enjoyed the team and their positive attitudes as well as the fast turn around time for payment.

I don't think there are any cons. As a freelancer I didn't get too much in depth with the inter-workings of the company but everyone was nice.

Fellow employees are some of (if not the) best in their field. The general vibe is creative, collaborative and friendly. The Chiefs are accessible and valuable mentors. Roles and responsibilities are well defined and managed considering the fluid nature of B2B media services. Executives encourage taking vacation time, which is needed in a challenging job. Vacation time is above average. The company's clients are top notch (many household names) and professional to work with.

There can be long days and travel for bigger projects. It's a competitive field.
