Pros
Pride in the car models, amazing day to day workers, great CEO; generally seems positive towards women
Cons
Toxic management; lack of understanding about what people actually do and how those things get done. There can be heavy criticism without understanding roles or who’s assigned to what. There is no support or help from management, just constant pressure and criticism. It’s like their role is reschedule/not attend a million meetings and then be mad nothing is done in the way they want it to be done, wielding criticism without asking questions as to WHY things are not done. Please listen when we try to tell you. The engineers/coordinators/support employees are so so tired. Also the health insurance offered denies everything your doctor tries to order. It is affordable but not high quality care as it seems eveything is auto denied and a constant hassle to get basic meds and imaging. Free thinking is not welcome or encouraged. There is “one way” to do things and that may or may not be communicated leaving people who are excellent at their jobs left in tears after ridiculous criticism. This means if you are neurodivergent, creative, and/or an outside of the box thinker you will be verbally punished for not doing it “the one way” even if that has not been communicated or established.
