Pros

Dont come here. Plenty of other companies treat their employees better. Pay below industry standards, people come for experience and leave.

Cons

Too many too list. Nothing positive about this conpany.

Pros

Outstanding culture, Great working environment. Leadership (starting with the partners) that truly cares about the employees. Great benefits and compensation. Actual work/life balance. Generous things that go above and beyond (social events, office perks, etc.). Overall Scout is a WONDERFUL place to work and I'd highly recommend it!

Cons

Fast or unpredictable growth from acquisitions can be a challenge but it's all part of the fun!

Pros

401K Match Great Health Benefits & PTO Relaxed atmosphere to work in - no micro management-great trust in their employees ability to get their job done I have the BEST coworkers-we even keep in touch and get together outside of the office-(yes, I look forward to coming into the office to see them and work together) Casual dress code In House state-of-the-art workout gym Scout promotes our well being in every way with their Scout Strong Wellness Program WFH one day a week -either Wed. or Friday Friday is 1/2 day work day My manager personally encourages me and values my work- this is important to my growth and feeling part of our team. It also gives me the confidence that I am on task for what the company's expectations are for me in my position. Scout Gives Back - We have the opportunity as employees to be involved in many ways to give back into our community such as blood drives, food banks, school supply drives, etc.

Cons

I think with any company you will have Cons, but the most important thing to ask yourself is- "At this time in my life, is this company overall providing me with a position and work environment that meets my needs for me and my family and am I happy, growing and healthy working here?" For me, working at Scout checks all of these boxes!
