Pros
Campus is attractive. Cafeteria is professionally designed and decorated. Food offerings are nutritious and a good value. Employee community garden serves as a great team builder and is really beneficial to the local community. Company gives an all-out effort for holiday parties.
Cons
Very cliquish. Who you know is more important than what you know. Some departments are regarded as more valuable than others. Teamwork is non-existent and not encouraged. Yearly reviews are done on a curve with someone on every team receiving a "does not meet" status, even if all team members gave stellar performances. Human resources is ineffective in dealing with internal conflicts or advising next steps for career advancement.
