- Great 401k Match - Benefits are better than most companies out there - Starting salary is solid - ~$50k - Work/Life balance is a company priority - Opportunities for career advancement are endless - One Team philosophy - an all together approach
Cons
Very little on this front... - 60hr-70hr work weeks are not uncommon (Needed to exceed expectations) - Must be willing to move anywhere to obtain a promotion - "Favorites" feel played at times when promotions are up for grabs (should be based upon candidate fit & skill set)
