Pros
Decent money if you make it through the probationary stage.
Cons
Very long hours and no chance to make any decent money for at least 3 months. They mislead you about the hours and weekend work that is required and they only pay half time for overtime. They get away with this by paying commission, but you are not eligible to make commission for the first 3 months or more so you end up working a lot for nothing.
