Largely very positive place to work - Administrator Scottish Government Employee Review

Some inconsistencies with adherence to HR policies, patchy management (mostly at a junior and middle management level), under-staffed due to staff reductions without reduction of work, salaries aren't always great and duties vary wildly in different posts at the same grade, ludicrously difficult to progress between "bands".
