You can learn how to work with very different people. The bank will pay for required certifications, Good experience if you are looking to enter financial industry.
Cons
Low pay in comparison with other banks. Micromanagement, who will keep you away from promotions if you work good and will make you stay on the same position for years (but that depends on the branch). Targets are almost unachievable and score metrics for them change all the time, reducing end of year bonuses, High stress environment.
