      If you are intelligent and knowledgable then there is no looking back. If you do not get involved in politics and gossips everything is good.

      Cons

      Reverse my pros and do what I advised not to it all becomes cons.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
