      Pros

      Laid back, Relaxed and flexible. Busy sometimes but flexibility is good. Very good for learning new skills and diverse work force.

      Cons

      Sometimes too informal, micromanaged and that gets in the way to make good decisions for your career and for the company. Hard to make changes to pre stablished processes.

      Pros

      I honesty can't think of any reason to recommend working here.

      Cons

      It's a horrible place to work. The owner is belligerent and communication is nonexistent because it is run by family members who have been placed in management positions that they have no experience or desire to be in.
