Thank you for taking the time to write a thoughtful review and for pointing out the improvement areas we could emphasise in Scoro! Building a strong, inclusive, and positive comany culture has always been one of the main focuses of Scoro, and we take any form of feedback seriously.
As our US team is still small and relevantly new, we are working especially hard to ensure that all team members feel included, supported, and part of the team. We admit that there is still much for us to consider and learn. With the eased Covid restrictions, we are focusing more on flying our senior sales leaders to the US to offer more support to the American team and management in building the culture and mentality we have successfully established in Europe offices. Also, we plan to continue bringing the US team to Europe twice a year to provide them with real-life training and support.
We are open about the benefits we offer during our recruitment process, so we want to hope that these did not come as a surprise. As the US team grows, we're constantly reviewing and benchmarking the market and our compensation package to ensure we provide competitive packages that entice and motivate top talent. Hopefully, we can soon offer additional benefits to our people.
I'm sorry to read that you feel that your team has experienced favouritism and scare tactic. This is something we want to avoid in Scoro. We would welcome any additional details you are willing to share around that to address this issue better.
As we constantly strive to improve our work experience, don't hesitate to contact Annika Albert, our Head of People Operations (annika.albert@scoro.com), if there is more information you would like to share.
