      Pros

      Very supportive team in the beginning with freedom to be autonomous and to come up with your own initiatives and projects.

      Cons

      If you are not working in a main hub, you are cut off or de-prioritised in a lot of areas. Leadership seems to ignore community and player feedback and push updates soley based on revenue potential instead of increasing player numbers and loyalty.

      Great pay, good work-life balance

      Cons

      Leadership on game teams doesn't have a lot of oversight, which leads to much different experiences across teams. Scopely is investing more in games at earlier stages of production, but doesn't know what to do with the talent if the game doesn't work out. Expect layoffs or a lot of confusion if you're not working on a released project.
