What was great turned sour very quick with micromanagement and being told you're constantly wrong.

Micromanagement, managers who don't listen to team members, they only listen to their friends who cause issues. Over half a team gone in less than a year

Very little pros it use to be a great place to work

Micromanagement for a company that prides its self for individuality they have really let themselves down over the last 2 years trying to bring in a sales process that is proven not to work. Unfortunately so many good people have voted with their feet and left. Senior management are the real problem.
