Pros

- This is a good entry-level role for a new grad or transitioning teacher. Over the course of a year or two, you'll develop the skills necessary to move into many different types of roles and sectors. - Flexible PTO policy. - Work-life balance. However, you will be expected to work weekends.

Cons

- New consultants are instructed to leave positive Glassdoor reviews upon hiring. The reviews on here are not an accurate picture of the experience of working here long term. - Layoffs. - Emphasis on control and compliance over innovation and productivity. - Lack of growth opportunities. Ability to be promoted or hired into a leadership role seems to be based solely on tenure, friendship, and favoritism.

Pros

Friendly and welcoming team, supportive culture where people are always willing to help, collaborative environment that makes it easy to succeed, flexible work setup that fits well day to day, positive vibe across the team, approachable leadership, and a smooth onboarding experience.

Cons

Still new so haven’t encountered any major downsides yet, but there’s always a bit of a learning curve getting up to speed in a new role and understanding all the systems and processes.
