      Pay is good, good opportunity to break into special education/substitute teaching

      Cons

      Very disorganized management. Can and will change your role/assignment at will. Took me about 2 months from offer letter to first day of work, no training required / offered.

      There was always work at Scoot, 4-5 days a week,or long-term, if you were lucky
