Happy, fun place to work. Casual, laid back environment. Good hours, great benefits and compensated well. Management is friendly, transparent and easily accessible. This is the type of place where employees are hired and never leave. Many employees have been here over 10 years, some 15+.

Small firm (good or bad based on preference) but because its small, there isn't much movement between roles. You are hired for a specific role and while you can grow within that role and take on more responsibilities, there isn't really a way to move up.
