Pros
At the company the work was very flexible, and there was a lot of opportunities to learn new skills. The company values feedback from anyone. Roles at the company are relevant to many disciplines of thought like SE, CS, design, etc.
Cons
Currently there is a very fast release cycle (one release every week) so there will be days as a tester you'll be required to do a lot of testing. Most of the positions are remote so the social aspect is limited unless you live in the area.
