Pros
Things move fast here. If something helps the customer, it usually gets done quickly. You get a lot of trust and ownership. There isn’t much red tape or politics. Good place if you like autonomy and figuring things out on your own. You can see the impact of your work pretty directly.
Cons
The pace is not for everyone. There’s not a lot of hand-holding. You need to be comfortable with changing priorities. It can feel intense at times. If you prefer a very structured or slow environment, this may not be a great fit.
