Pros
Nice small company with all the nice things that go with it, Boston was a great city if you can stand the cold weather.
Cons
The main problem, in my opinion, is the inability of the company to hire bright intellectually deep talent; with all the leading positions occupied by long careered managers like a good old family, and those in waiting and inbreeding, there is no space left.
