Pros

There is nothing I could positively say that was good...maybe in the beginning it was good but it went to crap soon after!

Cons

Corrupt Management, when a manager from another dept. touched me inapprop. I told my manager and NOTHING was done about it! They never let you move up unless you are in the "clique". They don't train employees that need the training and then when you complain about them not know how to do their job they tell you it's all in your head when NO ONE likes that co worker! After applying for a management position I was told I wasn't professional enough and then told I would never receive a management position no matter how professional I became. Just a lot of corruption and favoritism! Stay away from this company in PA!!!!!! A lot of shady stuff going on, people sleeping their way to the top!

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.

Cons

work/life balance, management, office politics and favoritism, lack of organization and communication, very inclusive unless you're a woman and have an opinion, job titles do not match role expectations and job duties
