      They give new grads an opportunity, albiet for minimum wage.

      Awful commission (£12 per demo sat) Poor management Promised a "development pathway" - training was non-existant

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts. In Feb 2024 we rolled out the development pathways for our SDRs, enhanced pay, and offered generous commission structures; and appointed a dedicated training manager to support this. We also gained our Great Place to Work Accreditation in 2024 with an impressive score of 85%.       Decent Product Market Fit 100% remote

      Cons

      Very low base pay for new hires (legacy employees + Friends and Family get paid more) Very high employee turnover, both people leaving to go make more money elsewhere and people get let go as leadership overhired in the past year and have since had to raise more capital (twice in the past 12 months)

      Pros

      Great work life balance, remote and flexibility with working hours. Great people, everyone is very friendly. Work outings also encouraged and organised well. Good job satisfaction.

      Cons

      Lots of chop and change as they're a start up, things would change regularly and sometimes the team would be left having contradicting answers from management which could be confusing. Our team got made redundant with zero notice also, hence being unpredictable.
