I generally like everyone I work with and I’ve never been pressured to work overtime.

For some reason after strong financial years our CEO has decided to do silent layoffs via a full RTO mandate. There’s no other reason I can think of to push for a full return to office. It is a bad sign for things to come when a company starts retracting benefits.
