Out in the field with the guys, usually work 1 project at a time till completion.
Cons
Did NOT have all the tools needed to do job efficiently, beg, borrow to have WiFi connection to complete work at sites, no company credit card for purchases for job related items, if you take a salary position make sure you get a high rate of pay because the calif ironworkers love to work 12 hours a day 7 days a week and get away with it.
