      1. Work from home is a option. 2. No corporate hierarchy. Anybody can directly talk to the CEO since it's a startup.

      1. Low salary 2. High work expectations. 3. No bonus/ reward/ acknowledgment for overtime. 4. 6 sometimes 7 days working.
