WFH flexibility, nice people, no one wanting to show off, company cares about people, learning opportunities, investment in products and technology for the products.
Cons
They say they are trying to be more modern, but this stops at middle management. When senior leadership is needed, they don't really care. Very hierarchical/old fashioned. Boomers in power are still behaving as you would expect them to. If acceptable results are being delivered, it doesn't really matter how, you just need to keep doing it. Heavy workload for all. The care they have for their products is not the same for their processes and policies. Company works in silos. Chaotic. Each area behaves differently. Each region does what they want. Slow in decision making. Low salary.
