      Pros

      I work as a dedicated driver. I am home weekly on the weekend. The management team are courteous, and helpful. I don't feel like I'm being micromanaged.

      Cons

      The account I'm on is hand off load and its very physical. Lots of turn over at this account. This company doesn't allow pets, which makes me sad 😢. I would stay at this company of I could keep my sma'll dog with me.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
