I don't know about Schindler India, but I will talk about Schindler Ahmedabad Branch. I worked in afor couple of months during 2018-20 and it was such a toxic experience. I felt that this branch is being run as local lala company by leadership team. My image of MNC has been shattered after working in this branch. During my short tenure I felt that top management has some vision but local branch team ruins it while implementation. People talk here about behavior and culture but at the end of the day everyone focuses on numbers and not the quality. Branch management team used to portray good picture to top management however branch employees are frustrated with these people who are working here since long and just taking advantage of their position. I left the company only because of toxic manager. I can write one separate post about this toxic leadership. I heard some cases that management team has removed one person by unethically framing him in CoC case. I just cant imagine such level of politics and such creepy things in MNC. And beacuse of this there were no whistleblowers as people thought that if anyone give the feedback about leafership team then it will hamper their job. Many people are loacalite and working only in this industry so out of fear no one is talkig about this toxic culture to top management. I strongly suggest not to join Ahmedabad Branch if you are ambitious and looking for growth. You will definitely get frustrated if the same leadership team is there when I was there in company. Talk to people working down the line there and you will come to know the pathetic, toxic reality.
