Great team of technicians. All issues seem to be localised to QLD and or AUS. Other countries do not operate like this.
Cons
Schindler does not care about their customers. They plan ahead to miss promised maintenance and use middle management to be the face and cop all the complaints. There is no work life balance. You have to work 16+ hours a day just to get the bare minimum requirements of your job completed. Your phone will ring all day. All night. All weekend. In fact, people actually take their annual leave to catch up on work. There is zero support in this workplace. There is a systemic toxic culture and starts from the top down. Issues get raised and acknowledged with promise after promise to help or change however it's just a smokescreen until you forget about it or give up. This role had 7 people in 6 years burn out and have mental breakdowns.
