      extremamente lenta e burocrática, difícil de ganhar aumentos, pessoas há 8 anos sem aumento, preferem recrutar externamente ao invés de promover internamente

      Good salary, 401k, benefits, vacation

      Cons

      Stressful. Not able to spend enough time in the field due to administrative duties. No help from upper management. Customers always unhappy about service. Not enough technicians.
