Pros
Good out of office culture on the whole, high performance people, work with decent companies on the whole, very ambitious founder who absolutely believes in his mission, leadership team come with good experience. Expanding globally which could be a good move but also could leave the UK business in trouble. It's a welcoming place, you get close with everyone quick, again i've seen this be a pro and a con. A good place to learn a lot, quickly, if you go all in and are proactive to learn.
Cons
Very very poor pay for what is expected of you, commission structure is poor and gets bent upon arrival, cult like environment, many people pushed out of the door, contract written so that everything ultimately comes down to the founders decision which leaves people vulnerable, founder can be very manipulative, comms structure and progression is dangled like a carrot on a strick but unachievable 99% of the time.
