Nice people and daily uniform

Had to wear heels every shift, strict dress code

High hourly wage but they will barley schedule a full 40 hours / no overtime. You can take off easily, but you cant use any PTO before 120 days. Sick time is also accrued not given automatically.

Traffic is EXTREMELY low so you will help like 3 people in a whole 8 hour day and you only make commission if the sale is over $800. Certain people there will also steal your sales so its impossible to make commission when you are new. Benefits are absolutely terrible - cost is high for medical & dental. Coverage is also bad. You also get NO holiday pay or time & a half. They give you wardrobe but everything has to be approved by upper management & they basically just want you to wear a dress & heels. You also have to wear the same couple outfits every single day to work including the shoes & they don’t dry clean or alter them for you.
